Professional Minutes.

This service includes distribution of Agenda, attendance at meeting and completion of minutes. A draft will then be sent to the Chair for amendment. Once the draft has been approved it will be sent out to members.

Liaising with parties to arrange mutually convenient dates, times and locations.  Arranging travel and collecting information on who/what/why prior to the meeting.  Re-directing parties to more appropriate contacts where required.

Sifting through mail, removing SPAM and unwanted emails.  Sending out holding emails.  File in appropriate filing system.  Bringing all urgent matters to your attention in a timely manner.

Lifestyle Management

Recording birthdays/special occasions and sending a reminder, organising presents, arranging appointments for the family (doctors/dentist etc), running a family diary (to include commitments and kid’s clubs where necessary).  Sending out thank you cards and personal notes.  Organising family events.  Arranging vehicle MOT’s and lots more that will give you time to be with your family rather than sitting on a phone trying to make appointments.

Scheduling regular posts, pictures and updates keeping you at the forefront of your customers’ mind and in front of your competition.  Content creation.  You provide the brief and we will provide graphics for use across all of your platforms.
